My Dad used his new digital camera to snap ths picture at Thanksgving '99. I think it turned out great. It is my MOST FAVORITE  currant pic of myself. Thanks Dad.

I will tell you that I came of age during the '60's and I am an ex hippie chick.
I have been single as a siamese twin for some 30 years now. I have one son and  wonderful daughter-in-law who are the excellant parents of our 7 year old grandson...and he is the light of my life.
We still live communally in a big old colonial house in Virginia.

I am the co-founder of a non profit grass roots organization that deals with grief and loss in all stages of life. Sena Foundation has been my soulmate's vision and our family's lifes work.

In 1991 my life took an unexpected turn. Twelve years of vague and cryptic symptoms of ill health were finally summed up and given a label. The uninvited culprit invading my body turned out to be named  MS. I wish I could say that it is only coincidental to who I am, but this disease rarely lets its hosts forget that it is with us. It's like an obnoxious relative that we have to tolerate, humor and will probably never leave.

My hobbies are surfing the net and writing, specifically, journaling, poetry, haiku and fiction. I used to spend a lot of time playing AD&D and online fantasy roleplay. I use my artistic abilities  to like, design web pages? ::chuckle::

If you are stilll with me here...congratulations! I never thought you could do it or even cared to! ::that chuckle again:: Ok, go...
